A completely one-of-one piece, handmade by Groovy Japanese Boutique using an authentic vintage Japanese men’s silk haori.

This piece takes the refined character of a traditional men’s haori and gives it a bold new identity through contemporary reworking.

The back features a striking large embroidered panther and dagger patch, creating a strong visual impact while adding a playful edge to the otherwise sophisticated silhouette.

Contrasting stripe details run along the sleeves, bringing a subtle sportswear-inspired element into the traditional Japanese form.

Inside, the haori reveals another distinctive detail: a dramatic kabuki mask design in the lining, giving the piece an unexpected character that is only fully revealed when worn open or taken off.

The result is a garment that feels powerful, playful and completely unique — combining Japanese tradition, vintage craftsmanship and modern streetwear attitude.
