HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PARCEL TO ARRIVE?

This information is a guideline to shipping times after dispatch.

Please allow extra time for orders sent to remote locations and during peak sale and festival season.Here is the festival schedule.

 

WHAT ARE THE COST OF SHIPPING MY ORDER?

We offer free shipping to the UK and EU on orders over £100, and free Worldwide shipping on orders over £250.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout and you will be able to choose between standard or express shipping.

 

HOW QUICKLY WILL WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER?

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding when we are at a festival.

If you are in a hurry, choose express delivery and notify us by email 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PARCEL TO ARRIVE?

  • UK parcels usually arrive between 1-3 working days. Express shipping is available for next working day delivery on orders placed before 3pm.
  • EU / USA parcels - standard shipping takes roughly 3-7 working days and express takes 1-3 working days.
  • Rest of the world - Shipping times vary depending on location. Please contact us via email for more information.

We do not offer same day delivery.

 

Q. CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER

Once your order has been placed, it can not be cancelled or edited.
If you have input the incorrect shipping details we will do our best to change the address on your parcel but once it has been processed at our warehouse this may not be possible. If it is not possible you will need to contact your courier.

 

Q. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PARCEL IS MISSING?

If your tracking states your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it or if your tracking has not updated at any point please contact your courier immediately.
We cannot be responsible for courier delays. If packages are lost during transit or damaged, a minimum of 21 days from the most recent tracking update is required, before the courier can provide the final update and we can investigate further.
Please ensure your delivery address is secure. We cannot take responsibility for stolen or missing packages.

 

Q. CUSTOMS HAVE CONTACTED ME AND ARE CHARGING HIGHER DUTIES AND TAXES THEN I EXPECTED, CAN I REFUSE MY PARCEL?

If your package is “refused” or “unclaimed” at customs this may result in your parcel being destroyed.
We are only able to refund your order once it is back at our warehouse.
We are not responsible for any charges that may occur during the return process, if charges are applied this will be deducted from your refund amount.
