A completely one-of-one piece, individually reworked by Groovy Japanese Boutique from a vintage Japanese men’s silk haori.
Crafted from a beautifully structured silk with a crisp, substantial feel, this long haori has an elegant drape while still holding its distinctive traditional silhouette.
The understated outer fabric contrasts with an incredible interior design featuring Japanese calligraphy, birds and illustrated panels reminiscent of traditional poetry and handwritten verse.
A hidden detail that makes the piece just as special on the inside as it is on the outside.
Relaxed, long and effortlessly wearable, it works beautifully over simple monochrome layers, wide-leg trousers or denim.
