A one-of-one piece handmade by Groovy Japanese Boutique using an authentic vintage Japanese silk haori.
The deep black silk features a subtle woven texture and a traditional Japanese mon (family crest) — a symbol historically used to represent a family or lineage.
Three metallic gold stripes have been added along the sleeves, creating a bold contrast between traditional Japanese design and contemporary streetwear.
The ivory silk lining features a subtle chrysanthemum motif, with some small age-related marks and staining consistent with its vintage character.
This piece has also been worn on stage by Skin of Skunk Anansie.
