This weekend’s market was not an easy one.
On Saturday afternoon, the rain suddenly turned heavy, and today the wind was strong enough to make me wonder whether the tent would stay in place. Markets in Britain can be unpredictable, and this weekend definitely tested that.
Even so, there were bright moments. One of the newly sourced jackets found its new owner, and it feels like the season for haori is slowly returning. Lighter layers are beginning to make sense again, even between gusts of wind.
Hard weather always makes the good moments stand out more clearly.
I’m grateful for everyone who stopped, looked closely, and chose something special.
