I received a really lovely message from a customer who bought one of my obi hoodies online.
It’s always special to hear from someone after they’ve received a piece.
I also had a customer come back to tell me that they had gone to Hakone, after I recommended it to them before their trip to Japan.
They said they had an amazing time there, which was really nice to hear.
Moments like these remind me that what I do goes beyond just selling clothes.
